At Auto Finesse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, returning your order is quick and easy with our free DHL returns service.

Returning an item is simple and If you’re returning goods under our 14-day returns policy it's free of charge using our DHL returns service. Just complete our returns form to begin the process. Once you’ve submitted the form, you’ll be guided through creating your return via DHL at no cost to you — there’s no need to pay for postage or return labels.
How It Works
- 1. Submit your return request through our returns form.
- 2. Follow the instructions to generate your DHL return.
- 3. Drop your parcel off at your chosen DHL Service Point.
- 4. We’ll notify you once your return has been received and processed.
What Happens Next
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear in your account within a 2-5 business days after processing, depending on your bank.

Items should be returned in a resalable condition where possible.
Please include your order number with your return.
If your order arrived damaged or faulty, this must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include clear photos when submitting your request so we can resolve it quickly.
You may return items free of charge for a full refund up to 14 days from receipt of goods.
Please note: All fields on the DHL returns form have a 90 character limit.
We are currently in the process of restructuring our EU shipping operations so that all orders will be fulfilled from our UK facility.
As part of this transition, we have temporarily paused shipping to EU countries to avoid delays and confusion with customs.

You may return goods ordered online with us for a full refund up to 14 days from receipt of goods. Delivery and return carriage is non refundable on goods ordered in error or goods that are no longer required.
Before returning your item(s) please email customer services using the links provided to get your a return RMA number. This will help us to track your return and ensure you receive your exchange or refund promptly.

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds. You may return items free of charge for a full refund up to 14 days from receipt of goods.

Once we've received your item(s) back, our returns department will inspect and restock the goods. Once has been done, an automated refund is processed by our accounts department back onto the original payment method. Please note the funds may take between 2-5 working days to arrive back in your account, this is due to the UK bank clearing process.

You can cancel any order placed with us for full refund including carriage up until the point we dispatch it, simply by contacting customer services by telephone or email. Should you wish to cancel an order after it's been dispatched it would fall under our returns guidelines.

We provide warranty on products and packaging up to six months from date of purchase, excluding products that are deemed a consumable item - such as microfibre towels, wash mitts, brushes and other items that will invariably be subject to wear and tear from intended use. These are only covered for a period of 3 months from purchase date.

If you believe your product has developed a fault you should contact us to make us aware as soon as possible - by email or by phone.
