These Terms

Our terms and conditions together with the documents referred to in them tell you the basis on which Auto Finesse will supply goods to you. Please be sure to read these carefully before placing an order, as by ordering you are agreeing to be bound by these terms. That being said we want you to know that our terms and conditions are designed to make you aware that we'll never share your private data, our site is secure and your consumer rights are protected.

General warranties

Auto Finesse retains title of the goods until orders are paid in full.

Returning goods

Products that prove to be unsatisfactory may be returned for a refund, exchange or credit note subject to the following conditions

• We recieve the goods within 14 days of dispatch.
• Items and their packaging are recieved in a re-saleable condition.
• Items are recieved with a copy of the original invoice, reason for return and return reference number (call our sales team for details).
• Items are returned with the carriage paid.

Products that develop a fault

If a product develops a fault you should contact us to make us aware as soon as possible - by email or by phone. We provide warenty on products and packaging up to six months from date of purchase, excluding products that are deemed a consumable item - such as microfiber towles, wash mitts, brushes and other items that will invariably be subject to wear and tear from intended use. These are only covered for a period of 3 months from purchase date.

In all cases you must be willing to supply proof of purchase in the form of an order ID, invoice, or confirmation email.

Additional costs

Auto Finesse will not be held liable or responsible for any additional costs incurred by products shipped or ordered in error.

Shipping

All items ordered before 15.00pm are shipped the same day with DPD for the UK &  Europe, we use FedEx for the rest of the world unless otherwise stated at the time of ordering. Orders placed after 15.00pm on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday (excluding bank holidays, in which case it will be the next working day). If the item is out of stock for whatever reason you will be emailed within 24hrs to inform you of this.

In all cases "working day" refurs to the next day of business between Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday & Sunday as well as all public holidays in England in which case we will be closed.

Shipping will be calculated at the checkout.

Ordering & pricing

Verbal orders are accepted but will need email confirmation or payment over the phone by credit/debit card. Auto Finesse is not held responsible for typographic errors within catalogues, advertisements or price sheets. All uptodate prices are available on our website.

Method of payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards online or by telephone, all transactions are processed securly by our payment partner SagePay. For customers who wish to pay via bank transfer, please contact us for details.

Accredited Detailer Network

Accredited businesses can only use, market and promote themselves as Accredited Auto Finesse Detailers during an active subscription, not before the completion of the assessment or after any lapse in a subscription. Accredited detailers and detailing centres may sell products purchased via the trade portal to their customers in person or in-store but are not permitted to list, sell or distribute products on a website or any other online platform. Onward sale to other businesses for resale or other commercial activities using the registered trademark and brand name Auto Finesse is prohibited. Auto Finesse Ltd reserve the right to revoke the Accredited status oo any persons or business in breach of any of the above conditions without warning or prior notice.

Trade accounts

Trade accounts are exclusively for registered business in the UK, Ireland and Europe only, and will not be authorised for personal users. All products purchased from the Trade portal are intended to be used by the purchaser and not for resale. Trade users are not permitted to act or represent Auto Finesse in any commercial sense, allude to having been authorised, accredited or verified at a skill level by Auto Finesse Ltd, or the Auto Finesse Academy. Auto Finesse Ltd reserve the right to revoke Trade Account access without prior notice should any of the above terms be breached.
