The Auto Finesse® Glide clay bar lubricant is formulated to make clay barring faster, easier, and safer. Its special slip agents encapsulate debris, allowing the detailing clay bar to glide smoothly over the vehicle’s surface and reducing the risk of marring. Used together with the Fine Detailing Clay Bar, it delivers a “smooth as glass” finish on paintwork, glass, and wheels. Clay barring is the final step in paint cleansing, removing deeply ingrained impurities that aren’t always visible.

We recommend avoiding all rubber and plastic when using ObliTARate.
You can however use it on all painted lacquered surfaces.
Iron fallout remover is an outstanding decontamination product, which is gentle on most exterior surfaces of vehicles. You can apply it to paintwork, magnesium, anodised finishes, plastic, chrome, stainless steel and rubber, among others, to eradicate iron contaminants without worrying about having an abrasive impact on rides.
Divide the clay bar into thirds and you should be able to get around 3+ uses out of each third (one use being an entire vehicle).
This is based on an average daily driver vehicle that is decontaminated once or twice a year.

Using ObliTARate over a wax and ceramic coating will affect the durability and in some cases completely remove the protection.
Iron Out is safe for periodical decontamination on ceramic coatings. Silica (Si02) or Quartz based coatings are designed to create a hard, glass-like layer that's impermeable to water and grime. Although these layers offer a huge amount of protection against the metal contaminants in brake dust, sharp ferrous particles can eventually embed themselves into the top layer of coating. In these cases using Iron Out will chemically dissolve the metal contamination, however it may affect the durability of the coating. So, after using a fallout remover we'd always recommend topping up ceramic coatings to prolong their life with a suitable Si02-based product such as Lavish Ceramic Foam, Aqua Coat Hydrophobic Rinse Aid, Caramics Gloss Enhancer or Ceramic Spray Wax.
You do not need to use a Clay Bar if your vehicle has been ceramic coated. The contaminates will not be able to bond to the paintwork properly so should come off with a good wash!
