While both products are excellent finishing sprays designed for ease of application, Finale Quick Detailer and Glisten Spray Wax offer different characteristics developed to suit different tasks. Glisten is a solvent-based finisher that contains an advanced wax emulsion designed to introduce a high-gloss shine and surface protection with around a month of durability. Glisten should only be used as finisher, or a top up to extend the life of previously-applied waxes (like those in our Signature Hard Wax Collection), sealants and coatings, on vehicles that are already perfectly clean. It is in no way a cleaning product, Glisten is only designed for quick and easy application of wax protection, and for protecting hard-to-reach areas like inside panel gaps and shuts. Finale, while being a carnauba-infused product that leaves behind a warm wax glow, isn't designed to add durable protection. Instead this advanced, water-based quick detailer can be used for a number of detailing tasks such as safely cleaning away light grime or as a drying aid for a quick and easy, streak-free finish. Mostly though, Finale is used to finish off paintwork allowing it to be buffed to its best, and to remove watermarks, drying towel residue, or polish residues. Think of Finale as the speedy perfecter, and Glisten as the speedy protector and you shouldn't go far wrong. For more information on these next-generation finishing products, check out our article: Finale and Glisten: The Differences.

For the best, professional results, yes. Dedicated snow foam lances - just like our own Foam Lance - should not be confused with syphon-based detergent dispensers which are commonly supplied with home-use pressure washers. Snow foam lances are an industry-standard detailing tool designed specifically to whip up the solution into a foam, activating the cleaning agents and mixing them with more water to enable proper application. They do this by dragging the mix through a special metal gauze before exiting the body of the lance. This is the only way to get a useable snow foam that will be effective for even coverage, and not simply waste the concentrate in the container.  

Citrus Power is completely safe on gloss, matte or satin vinyl, along with all other vehicle surfaces such as paintwork, rubber, plastics and glass. No matter the surface, Citrus Power works in the same way to break down, lift and encapsulate heavy soiling with the potential to cause scratches and swirl marks. Citrus Power encapsulates these particles in the solution, allowing them to be rinsed away safely, without ever touching the surface.
