Heritage Collection

There comes a point where a logo on a T-shirt just isn't enough anymore. You've probably seen it before. Every brand decides it needs clothing. So they print a hoodie. Stick their logo across the chest. Call it a collection. Job done. That was never going to be us.

Auto Finesse has always been about cars. That hasn't changed. It never will. But somewhere along the journey we realised something. The best parts of this culture don't happen when you're detailing a car. They happen afterwards. The drive to a meet. The early morning fuel stop. The ferry crossing to another country. Standing around a barbecue at Wörthersee. Walking through Ultrace. Watching the sunset after a day at Run For The Hills. The conversations. The people. The miles. The cars simply bring us together. The lifestyle is everything that happens around them. That's where Heritage came from.

We didn't sit down and ask ourselves... "What T-shirt should we make?" We asked something different. "What does Auto Finesse actually look like away from the workshop?" Not covered in polish. Not holding a bottle. Just... living. Travelling. Meeting friends. Exploring new roads. Standing in a city somewhere in Europe after another day spent chasing cars. The answer wasn't loud. It wasn't covered in graphics. It wasn't trying to impress anyone. It felt timeless.

That's why we called it Heritage. Not because we're looking backwards. Because every road trip. Every event. Every build. Every late night in the workshop. Every border crossed with friends. Every ridiculous idea that somehow became reality... ...becomes part of it. Heritage isn't something you inherit. It's something you build. One journey at a time.

The collection reflects that. Cleaner silhouettes. More considered colours. Graphics that feel understated rather than obvious. Pieces designed to be worn long after you've left the event. Not because they scream automotive... But because they quietly belong there. The sort of clothing that works walking around Tokyo just as well as it does loading the trailer before sunrise. That's always been the goal. If someone only knows us because of the clothing... ...it should still make sense.

The biggest compliment we can receive isn't someone saying... "Nice Auto Finesse hoodie." It's someone asking... "Where's that from?" Because good design shouldn't need explaining. It should simply feel right.

Car culture has changed. Thankfully. It used to revolve around showing everyone what you owned. Now it feels far more focused on where you're going. The experiences. The people. The stories. The journey. That's the culture we want to represent. Not one built around flexing. One built around belonging.

Over the last twelve months we've found ourselves standing in places we never imagined. A frozen ski slope in Germany. Mountain roads around Wörthersee. Industrial halls in Düsseldorf. The paddock at Shelsley Walsh. Back streets in Tokyo. Everywhere we go, something becomes obvious. The cars are different. The languages are different. The cultures are different. But the people are remarkably similar. Everyone smiles at the same things. Everyone waits to hear the same engine start. Everyone stays ten minutes longer than they planned because another conversation has started. That's the real common ground.

Heritage is built for those moments. For the drive there. For the morning coffee before everyone wakes up. For sitting on a pit wall after the track goes quiet. For wandering through cities looking for the next car parked down the next side street. For throwing in a weekend bag before another road trip across Europe. It's clothing made for the lifestyle that surrounds the cars. Not just the cars themselves.

Some people will still call it merch. That's okay. We don't see it that way. Merch advertises a brand. Culture represents one. There's a difference. A big one.

Auto Finesse has never just been about making detailing products. It's about the places they take us. The people we've met because of them. The friendships they've created. The memories we've collected along the way. That's our heritage. This collection simply gives it something to wear. See you on the road.
