Please note: All orders placed AFTER 3:00pm, will be processed the following working day, adding 1 working day to the expected delivery date. For example an order placed on Monday after 3pm will be processed on the Tuesday meaning that a 5-7 working day delivery would be expected between the Thursday and the following Monday.

Free delivery (5-7 working days) with mainland UK orders
Our free delivery service means if you are based in the UK you can enjoy free delivery on every order. This service takes between 5 and 7 working days to be delivered. On the day of collection you'll receive an email and/or text message confirming your tracking details and expected delivery day. On the day of delivery you'll receive an email and/or text message letting you know that they will attempt to deliver your parcel that day within a 1 hour time slot, you can also request an email and/or text message to let you know when your delivery is the driver's next stop. Please note that couriers do not deliver on bank holidays.
Economy Delivery (2-3 working days) - £2.95
Our Economy Delivery service means if you are based in the UK you can start enjoying your products within 3-5 working days of placing your order (Monday-Friday). This service is charged at £2.95. On the day of delivery you'll receive an email and text message letting you know that they will attempt to deliver your parcel that day and a second confirming the delivery of your order. Please note that couriers do not deliver on bank holidays.
Express (next working day (Monday-Friday)) - £4.95
Our express service means if you are based in the UK you can start enjoying your products within 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday). This service is charged at £4.95. On the day of collection you'll receive an email and/or text message confirming your tracking details and expected delivery day. On the day of delivery you'll receive an email and/or text message letting you know that they will attempt to deliver your parcel that day within a 1 hour time slot, you can also request an email and/or text message to let you know when your delivery is the driver's next stop. Express Exclusions (Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands) - £4.95

Saturday & Sunday Delivery - £4.95
Left it a bit late, but need it for the weekend! Or you just won't be around until the weekend then use our Saturday delivery service. Orders Shipped using or Saturday Delivery service arrive the very next Saturday (if ordered before 3:00pm Friday). On the day of collection you'll receive an email and/or text message confirming your tracking details and expected delivery day. On the day of delivery you'll receive an email and/or text message letting you know that they will attempt to deliver your parcel that day within a 1 hour time slot, you can also request an email and/or text message to let you know when your delivery is the driver's next stop. Please note that couriers do not deliver on bank holidays.
To help make the ordering process as easy as possible for all EU customers, we have taken care of everything! So unless otherwise specified our shipping charges INCLUDE any, and all import taxes, charges, duties, clearance costs and Brexit fees. Meaning that ALL taxes relevant to your country will be charged at checkout, this means that the parcel can be sent directly to you, without the hassle of having to pay the taxes and duties when it arrives at customs in your country. Simply order online and have your detailing goodies delivered to your door!
What's more if you spend over £100 online then you'll have the option to select free shipping too. Unfortunately due to Brexit and the additional clearance procedures all of our parcels are going through, our shipping transit times have been extended to 5-10 workings days.

Our convenient delivery services let you re-organise the delivery date so its convenient with you, and we’ll also let you know when your package will arrive within a one hour delivery window, so there’s no need to wait in all day for your parcel.
Important please note
Auto Finesse reserves the right to charge the full shipping fee applicable to resend if the item is returned to us as the customer was unable to take delivery of the parcel for any reason. Courier returned items will be added back into our stock and your account credited with the order total, minus the fee the courier charges us to deliver the item back to us. You will have to re-place the order to have the item reshipped. If a customer inputs any incorrect details on their order, which causes the parcel to be delivered incorrectly, we will not hold any responsibility for this parcel.
