How to collect reward points

Reward points can be earned every time you purchase an eligible product from us.

Each of these product has reward points allocated to it, at 5% of it's price excluding the VAT, so for example...

Say a product costs £9.95, you will earn 41 reward points for purchasing it. (£9.95 inc. VAT = £8.29 ex. VAT x 5% = 41)

Every loyalty point is worth 1p, so if you have 500 reward points on your account, that would total £5.00.

It couldn't be simpler:

1. Visit our website

2. Sign in or register

3. Purchase your products

4. Checkout & pay

5. Points will be allocated to your account

After an order has been processed and dispatched by our team, the reward points are automatically allocated to your account, ready for you to spend next time you shop with us!

So to recap every reward point is worth 1p, so if you have 500 loyalty points on your account, that would total £5.00 to spend next time you shop with us!

Yep, it's that simple!

Remember, to receive reward points on your order you must be logged into your account and purchase eligible items. Your reward points will not show on your account until your order has been dispatched.

How to find your reward points

First you need to be registered and signed in to your account.

Once you're signed in, click on the 'Reward Points' link within the 'Your Account' section

You will then see your Reward Points total and your Reward Points history detailed for you.

How to Redeem or use your points

In order to redeem your points you must be registered and signed into your account.

Proceed to the checkout as normal and you will see an option asking if you want to use your points ('use loyalty points on this order?') and how many you’d like to use. You don’t have to use them all up in one go, you can save some for later if you like!

If you're checking out using the PayPal option you will be able to add your reward points when you return back to our website.
